This complex is located across the valley on the opposite side of the village approximately 0.5 km south of Lampadistis Monastery. It offers fifteen one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments, all equipped with heating. Residents can use a large common swimming pool, thermal baths with sulphur water and a restaurant.
